Dream Drifter
Restoration + Reflection + Gentle + Guided
You are the one who holds things. Other people's feelings, the family logistics, the quiet awareness of what everyone else needs. You are so practised at holding it all that you have almost forgotten what it feels like to be held yourself. Rest, for you, is not laziness. It is the thing you have been quietly postponing for years.

You process the world softly and slowly, noticing feelings and memories as they surface rather than chasing them down. People experience you as calm, but you know the truth, which is that your calm takes effort, and underneath it there is often a tiredness you rarely mention because there never seems to be a good moment. You find it genuinely difficult to relax on command. Being told to switch off feels like being handed another task, and the harder you try, the more awake your mind becomes.
What actually works for you is permission. Not instruction, not technique, just a setting where someone else is holding the container so you finally do not have to. When that happens, your whole system knows what to do. You do not need to learn how to rest. You need somewhere it is safe enough to remember.
During a Session
A Lucia Light session may feel like being carried to the edge of sleep while staying softly aware, the mental equivalent of being wrapped in something warm. Jo's gentle guidance, the music and the calm of the room may matter to you as much as the light itself, because they are what let you put everything down. You may find that rest arrives without you doing anything at all, which for you might be the most unfamiliar and most needed feeling of all.
