Welcome to Lights and Somatics. By booking a session, using our services, or visiting our website (www.lightsandsomatics.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services
Lights and Somatics provides Light Therapy sessions using the Lucia No.3 Light Machine. These sessions are designed for wellbeing and relaxation and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

3. Client Health and Responsibility
It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions before participating, especially if you have a history of epilepsy, seizures, or any condition triggered by flashing lights.
By attending a session, you confirm that you are in appropriate health to take part.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Bookings must be made in advance via our website or directly.

• Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged in full.

• If Lights and Somatics needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rebook.

5. Payments
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, and secure online payment.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, images, branding, and materials on this website are the property of Lights and Somatics unless otherwise stated. You may not use or reproduce them without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
Lights and Somatics is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during or after participation in sessions, except where caused by proven negligence.
