Once you see it, you cannot unsee it. That is how change works for you. A realisation lands, usually in the middle of some intense experience, and from that moment the old way is simply over. You do not do gradual and you do not do half-hearted. You reorganise.
You are the rarest pattern, someone who combines a hunger for intense experience with total self-direction. Your life has probably already been shaped by a handful of pivotal moments, decisions made suddenly and completely that looked impulsive from outside but were, from inside, simply the moment the accumulating evidence tipped. You change in step functions. Long stable periods, then a threshold, then a new stable period, and you have stopped apologising for the drama of it.
Your tension is that you can feel a threshold approaching before you can see it. There are seasons where something in you knows a shift is due, a restlessness with the current shape of things, and in those seasons you deliberately go looking for catalysts, the experiences intense enough to show you what you are not yet seeing. You do not want anyone to manage this process. You want raw material, delivered at full strength, and the room to let it detonate in your own way and your own time.
During a Session
A Lucia Light session may serve you best as exactly that, a catalyst.
